Property Details

CHS: 1. Camping is permitted with prior written approval. 2. Licensee may maintain a road up to 15 feet wide along existing wood lines. 3. Food plots will be allowed only in existing open areas, such as utility easements. 4. Tree mortality caused by the Licensee, the Licensee's guests, or any activities conducted under this agreement shall result in the immediate termination of this hunting sublicense agreement. In addition, the Licensee shall be responsible for a penalty of $100 per tree for any damaged or destroyed trees/seedlings.
