Property Information:
This property is located southeast of Stephens, AR. There is road access to the property off of County Road 9 to the south. The property is mostly hardwoods as it sits in a lower lying area with some pine timber on the south end of the lease. There is flooded timber on on the north end and a very large creek system that runs through the lease so you may need a kayak or waders. This property offers hunting opportunities for deer, turkey, hogs,and small game. You could even get a chance at some ducks with all the water on the property.
