Property Information:
This property is located southeast of Decatur, MS. It is 2 tracts of land. There is road access to both tracts off of Boose Rd. and Tatum Rd. The north tract is commercial pines with an SMZ in the southwest corner. The south tract is mostly hardwoods with some pines and an SMZ running through the south end of the property. There are some thickets on the property which offers good hunting opportunities for deer, turkey, hogs, and small game.
